Our Story
Beige and Company was founded by Ashley Kiel, a licensed cosmetologist with 16 years behind the chair, and co-owned with licensed esthetician Kelsey Kasparie. Together they built a salon spa in the heart of Saint Charles, Missouri rooted in a simple belief: beauty should feel authentic, honest, and transformative.
We designed our space to nurture both clients and artists, a place where creativity, education, and collaboration thrive. Every service is tailored to you, in a welcoming, judgement-free environment.
