Refund policy

Because our services are personalized and performed in person, completed services are generally non-refundable. If you are not satisfied, please tell us within 48 hours and we will do our best to make it right.

Appointment cancellation policy

We value your time and ours. To best serve all clients, we kindly require 24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Retail products

Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
