Fair, transparent pricing: parts and labor

Think of your ticket in two parts. The labor is your artist's time, which is why you book a block of time rather than a fixed menu item. The parts are the product your service actually uses, and that changes with your density, your length, and how much it takes to get an even result. Someone with fine, shoulder-length hair and someone with thick hair past the waist are not using the same amount of color, so it would not be fair to charge them the same for it.

Every guest pays a price that reflects what their own service actually took. It is also gratuity-free, so the number you see is the number you pay, with no tip expected and no math at the front desk.
